According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 18 percent of men who sought help with fertility specialist were diagnosed with male-related infertility. In fact, male infertility accounts for about half of the couples who are unable to conceive.
But while these issues are sometimes the result of underlying health problems such as low sperm production or abnormal sperm function, they can also be caused by certain lifestyle factors.
